Wealthlings Privacy Policy

Effective July 5, 2026

The short version: Wealthlings collects no personal information from anyone — including children under 13. There are no accounts, no ads, and nothing to buy.

What we don't collect

No names, email addresses, or contact information
No accounts, logins, or passwords
No photos, contacts, location, or device identifiers
No advertising, ad tracking, or third-party analytics or marketing SDKs
No in-app purchases

The name a player types at the start of a game is used only to label their island during that game session. In online games it is shared with the other player in the same room and is deleted automatically as soon as you leave the game, and in every case within 2 hours. This is enforced on our server — not only in the app — so the deletion happens even if the app is closed or crashes. It is never linked to any identity.

What we do record

To improve the game, we record anonymous gameplay statistics: a random session code (e.g. "S7k2p9qa"), what happened in the game (a building was built, a year finished, a quiz question was answered), and the time. This cannot identify a person or a device, and we never combine it with any other data. That's the complete list.

Online multiplayer

Two-player games use a shared six-letter room code. Game state (coins, buildings, the display names players typed) is stored in Google Firebase (a cloud database, US-hosted) only for the duration of the game and is deleted automatically.

Voice narration

The read-aloud feature uses your device's built-in text-to-speech. No audio is recorded and nothing leaves the device.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

Wealthlings is designed for children and is built to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act by not collecting personal information at all. Because we collect no personal information, no parental consent mechanism is required. If you believe a child has somehow submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes & contact

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
